This policy describes how we manage personal information including how we collect personal information, both offline and online including the website www.arcadianartists.net.au for which we use this information, and to whom this information is disclosed.

Personal information collected

Arcadian Artists and Artisans Inc does not sell, share or trade a customer’s personal information collected online or at their annual exhibition with third parties. Personal information including names, email addresses and home postal codes will be for internal use only.

When we ask you for your email addresses at our annual art exhibition or when we ask permission to take your photograph, consenting will be totally optional and not a condition of entry. We will use email addresses provided to us by visitors to notify them of details about our forthcoming exhibition. This will be held each year over the second weekend of November. We will only send out a maximum of four newsletters ahead of this exhibition.

Photographs of artworks exhibited during Arcadian Artists and photographs of visitors who have consented to their photographs being taken at Arcadian Artists and Artisans Inc’s art event may be used on our website or social media posts advertising the event.

Under exceptional circumstances Arcadian Artists and Artisans Inc may be required to disclose personal information when there are grounds to believe that the disclosure is necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, or for law enforcement purposes.

Arcadian Artists and Artisans Inc reserves the right to modify and change the Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be published on our website.
